Petits Matins

We are pleased to invite you to a special Petits Matins evening on Tuesday, December 16, from 4:30–6:30 pm at Kootenay Kids Society Family Resource Centre.
This evening is an opportunity to gather, share a meal, and celebrate the community that has grown around Petits Matins.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we also want to share that the previous funding structure for the monthly Petits Matins dinners was time-limited, and the continuation of this model into 2026 is still being reviewed. Kootenay Kids Society and AFKO are working together to explore what may be possible moving forward.
The December 16 gathering will help us hear directly from families, understand what aspects of Petits Matins are most meaningful, and consider future options that support French-language community connection.
