Members are a key source of support for all that we do. Our success relies on member engagement in order to continue to provide programs and services to children and families in the region. Our members provide valuable community feedback, which allows us to tailor services to meet the changing needs of the families we serve. Membership also grants you voting power at the Annual General Meeting, and opens the door to Board participation.

The aim of the Board of Directors is that it be comprised of people from throughout the community, with a diverse set of skills and qualifications.
Board of Directors
Kootenay Kids maintains a volunteer board of directors responsible for overseeing the proper administration and financial management of the society, as well as developing policy and long-term planning.
The board is always interested in adding new members, and is particularly interested in people with a financial, administrative, marketing and fundraising or legal background.
