Come to connect with circle, snack and play time. For parents/caregivers and their children between 0-6 years of age. From 9:30-11am.
Bellies 2 Babies
This weekly program is for pregnant women or families with babies up to 12 months, held on Tuesdays from 12:30-2pm. Each session has a speaker on either healthy pregnancy, infancy or early childhood development. Sharing support, supplies, information and resources. Healthy snacks are provided.

Roots and Shoots
Join us to explore attachment and children’s emotional health through shared activities together. For parents/caregivers and their children between 0-24 months of age. Healthy snacks are provided. From 11:30-1pm.
Indigenous Family Night
IFS gatherings include cultural connections, drumming, crafts, Elder’s teachings and sharing food together. We welcome families with young children, that include any self-identifying Indigenous Ancestry. Please contact James at: ifs@kootenaykid.ca for more information on upcoming gatherings.
