Family services
Get away from the regular routines at home, meet new friends, enjoy a new activity or craft and find information to help with parenting issues that come your way.
Family Services provides children focused programs and support services to families with young children, including during pregnancy.
We offer a variety of playgroups, parenting support and education, peer support groups, Dad’s programming, pregnancy outreach programs, special events, a food cupboard and children’s clothes closet.
All our services are free, most have snacks or meals, and childminding is available for all children ages 1-5 years.

Nobody’s Perfect
Meet other parents of young children. Work together with the support of two trained facilitators. Discuss real life parenting situations and discover positive ways of parenting.
