The facility is a modular open design which allows the space to be easily adapted for different uses. There are no stairs, the rooms have large windows and plenty of natural light and the bathroom has two sizes of toilets and a sink at a child’s height. Our toys and activities are developmentally appropriate to foster physical, emotional, intellectual, creative and social growth.
The infant and toddler program and the multi-age program is separated from 3-5 program allowing for safer more age appropriate activities. Snacks are prepared and served twice daily, and healthy, basic nutrition forms an important component of our philosophy of care.
The educators strive to keep parents informed and aware of their children’s daily events. Sleep and bathroom schedules are posted and maintained for each parent to review on a daily basis. Other news is passed on in the monthly newsletter and through notices and information boards.
